We designed the e 902 to deliver exactly what players and engineers expect from a bass mic—a rich, full low end that’s solid and musical, paired with a sharp, clean attack that cuts through dense mixes with authority.

Unlike typical bass mics that aim for neutrality, the e 902 was tuned with purpose. It features specially tuned dips around 200 and 700 Hz to eliminate muddy resonances inside bass drums, delivering a dry, focused sound with punch and clarity—right out of the box, no EQ needed.
