Pioneer GM-D8701 high-efficiency Class-D monoblock amplifier
Key Features
Mono Channel Output: Delivers 800W RMS at 1Ω, 500W RMS at 2Ω, and 300W RMS at 4Ω.
Impedance Stability: Designed with a 1-Ohm stable circuit, allowing for the flexible connection of multiple subwoofers.
High Efficiency: Utilizes Class-D technology and a MOSFET modulated power supply for high power output without excessive heat.
Variable Low-Pass Filter (LPF): Features an adjustable LPF ranging from 40 Hz to 240 Hz, allowing for precise frequency matching with subwoofer characteristics.
Wired Bass Boost Remote: Includes a remote control to adjust bass levels from 0 dB to 18 dB at a 50 Hz frequency.
Automatic Signal Sensing: Detects input signals and automatically turns the amplifier on, compatible with both RCA and speaker-level inputs.
Protection Control System: Senses internal temperature and automatically moderates input levels to prevent circuit shutdown during heavy use.
Compact Footprint: Measuring approximately 252 mm x 60 mm x 215 mm, it is designed for versatile surface-mount installation in tight spaces.
Input Flexibility: Offers high-level speaker inputs for factory systems and RCA inputs (200mV to 6.5V) for aftermarket head units.
Product Description
An amplifier shouldn’t take up too much space, especially in your car. This Class-D amp might just be what you’re looking for. It combines a 1-Ohm stable circuit, installation flexibility, and superior high-power output.
Bass Boost Remote
Every new class D Amplifier has a Bass Boost Remote Controller for optimal bass level adjustment according to listening preferences and music characteristics.
Highly Reliable Circuit Design
To prevent circuit shutdown, Pioneer’s new digital amplifier circuit “Protection Control System” senses its internal temperature and automatically moderates input level accordingly Stable Durable Circuitry lessens the risk of high input power for the unit to achieve 1-ohm connection. This design enhances the flexibility to connect multiple subwoofers to a system.
Variable LPF
For extra flexibility, variable LPF make audio frequency more adjustable according to subwoofer characteristics and personal listening preferences. The GM-D8701 LPF is adjustable from 40 Hz to 240 Hz.
Automatic Signal Sensing & Turn ON
Pioneer Class D Amplifier automatically select an input signal mode between the RCA Level and the speaker level selecting an input signal.
